Johnsonite 965 Flooring & Stair Tread Adhesive
Properly install wheeled traffic transitions to meet ADA compliancy with Johnsonite 965 adhesive. This nonflammable, solvent free, water based latex adhesive is made for installations over porous and non-porous substrates. The flooring & stair tread adhesive is sold in a one-gallon bucket and covers approximately 125 to 150 square feet on porous floor substrates and 150 to 175 square feet on non-porous substrates. The Johnsonite 965 adhesive contains no hazardous or carcinogenic ingredients as defined by OSHA chemicals and meets all federal, state and local air quality regulations.
Johnsonite 965 Adhesive for Wheeled Traffic Transitions:
- Sold in a 1-gallon bucket
- Nonflammable, solvent free, water based latex adhesive
- Shelf Life - 1 year at 70 degrees when stored in unopened, original container in dry area
- Do not use flooring & stair tread adhesive on exterior surfaces subject to weather
- Can be used on porous and nonporous surfaces
- Johnsonite 965 adhesive must be site conditioned at room temperature for a min of 48 hours prior to installation
- Substrates must be smooth, flat, permanently dry, clean and free of all dust, paint, grease, oils and residue
- Restrict traffic for 24 hours after installation
- No heavy traffic, rolling loads or furniture placement for 72 hours after installation

Return Policy:
Please contact us immediately in the event an incorrect product has been sent or an order has been damaged in shipping. We will gladly remedy the situation at no extra cost to you.
Acquiring a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number:
Please call 866-258-1554 or email Sales@InstallerStore.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number if there is any reason you would like to return your order. All charges to ship merchandise back are the responsibility of the shipper. There will be a 10% re-stock fee on all returned orders, unless a replacement order has been made. Customers are given 7 days from the delivery date to contact us for a RMA number. Returns MUST be received back to our warehouse within 90 days of placing the order . Fees may change based on extended time passing.
Returns of open/used products are not accepted.

Shipping charges are not refundable.
InstallerStore/Covebase-n-transitions strongly encourages choosing a shipping method for your return where a tracking number and insurance can be obtained. Accounts will be credited back after inspection has been made to the product to ensure product has not been damaged in any way and can be resold. Packages damaged while being shipped back to us will not be accepted as a return and customer will be contacted. InstallerStore is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. It is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company.
Any merchandise that is shipped back without a RMA number will have a minimum re-stocking fee of 25% of the product cost and shipping charges will not be refunded.
All returned products must be shipped directly to InstallerStore even if they were originally shipped from the manufacturer, unless otherwise told by InstallerStore. Shipping back to manufacturer may cause re-stocking fee to increase.
